    Hi guys I used your widget to insert a video into a site. People with Apple products are complaining it will not play, other people complain because they have to d/l the file. I converted using Premier Pro and Media Encoder, using MP4 and WebM. What did I do wrong? Here is the site......

    Thanks

    Rich, try this suggestion from another team member.
    Try adding this snippet of code in the head html on the page you have your gallery on.

    <style>
    video {opacity: 1 !important;visibility: visible !important;}

    @media only screen and (max-width: 500px) {
    #page video {
    opacity: 0 !important;
    visibility: hidden !important;
    }
    }
    </style>

    This should fix the video issue on Safari.
    Safari has been making a bunch of changes to what they will and won't allow in regards to playing videos.
    Also, it appears you are using an old version of the widget, if so, I recommend updating to version 1.3
    Hope this helps

    Thanks, I am using version 1.3. The big issue is these people are using IPhones to view the web site,
    Very slow internet speed and they seem to have to d/l the video to play it.
