The issue with the displaying of the Ecwid store in Internet Explorer

    Hello,

    Ecwid Customer Care Team is here.

    We have a customer who used your plugin to insert Ecwid to their site: http://widgets-musethemes.businesscatalyst.com/tb043.html

    Their Store ID is 9861261. And here is the direct link to their Ecwid store: http://www.streamlinertools.com/store.html

    They are having multiple customers tell them they cannot view all the product description/information while viewing his store in Internet Explorer. He currently has a disclaimer placed for customers using IE, but wanted to see if possible we could provide a reason for this or a fix.

    Here are examples of such issues:

    * shipping details page issue: http://take.ms/oIKp5

    We can not recreate these problems in other browsers.

    Could you please help to resolve this problem? How long will it take for you to fix this from your side?

    Could you please let me know what version of Internet Explorer you ran your tests in? I could not recreate the issues that you showed above in Internet Explorer. I tested from Internet Explorer 8 upwards.
