Panels not working

    It works perfectly fine when previewed in browser, however, the widget does not work at all when i publish the site to business catalyst.

    Any idea if there is a working update on this issue?

    Im using CC2017.

    Aretese, could you provide a bit more information.
    Maybe some screen shots and/or settings and design layouts?

    I have created links to the dropdown menu, however when i click on contact, it showed as a single scrolling page instead of a "panel" page.
    But if you click on back and then forward on your browser, the panels shows up again.

    Aretese, I only had what you described happen once, but I did see the plain panel.
    I'm going to recommend you place a support ticket (resources>contact us), because the team can look at your file.
    This is something that they will need the Muse file to see.

    I am having this same problem with the home page on my currently live site: http://ductilcrete.com/

    Sometimes the page loads normally with three presentation panels working beautifully, sometimes it loads like a long scrolling page with a ton of black space at the bottom. The trick mentioned above of going "back" then "forward" in the browser does restore functionality. But I need to prevent this from happening! HELP! Thanks.
