    Good evening all,

I am struggling with the responsive Video player. I created a mp4 and a web file. The problem is that in Windows the people only hear music and no video is played.
The Mac users do not have this problems.

The web is playing on my Mac without a problem.
To be sure I did not do anything wrong I created a second set videos (mp4 and web) , same results. Is it a known Windows problem?

Dutchy, I believe your issue is with the MP4 file you are using.
When I removed your MP4 file and replaced it with one of my own, everything worked.
I took your Webm file (which seemed to be working) and converted it to an MP4 file. Once I added the converted MP4 to the widget, everything worked as it should.
I would look into the file. In this case I just used a free converter program and converted your webm to the mp4.
    Hope this helps

    Hello Dj
Did you test it in Windows? As said on my iMac macbook pro ipad and iPhone it worked. And the webm file us for Windows isn’t?
But of course will convert the webm file into a new mp4 file. I use MacX Video convertor. Guess chose the wrong mp4 format. They offer more than one.
As always thank you very much

Dutchy, yes I did my testing on multiple browsers on a PC with windows.
I think you'll find it's just a formatting issue like discussed.
    Thanks
    Dj
