    Hello!

    PANIC!!
The Media Pro Gallery doesn't show up at all when I published my clients site today to a ftp client!?
It works fantastic on the businesscatalyst-site I used to build it with them.

Hasn't changed a thing, and still it doesn't show up at all?

What can I do to fix this to my client??

    PLEASE HELP ME SOMEONE!!!

Here's the adress to the working site: vanerprint.businesscatalyst.com
Here's the adress to the non-working site with exactly the same muse-file: www.vanerprint.se

You find the widget on the bottom of "Vi Erbjuder"

iNK, have you checked the file housing the images on your upload? It almost seems like the images did not upload with the widget.

    Hello @DjHerold !!

Yes, I checked the ftp folder on the hosting and all images is there!
Almost wishing that it wasn't so I could solve it...

So this shouldn't be the problem.

    Hoping for some more ideas!!

iNK, I hate to ask, but have you tried re uploading the site. What's bugging me is that the menu on the broken site isn't selectable. You can roll over the buttons but you get no hand icon indicating selection.

He, he... that's a question worth asking! ;-)

    Yes, about 7 times now!
Even downloaded a fresh widget and built it from scratch.
    But still no difference..

Agree what you say about the pointing hand...
And it bugs me that exporting to my desk, it works just fine. Something happens to the export to the ftp-client?
Don't know how to make the working site show up there too!?

iNK, I don't see any reason the widget would malfunction with any particular host. Although if you had another already you could try that, but it does't make sense.
The only thing I can offer up is for you to place a support ticket (support>contact us), maybe the team can see something.
