    Hi guys,

    I've been playing around with Ecwid and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but it doesn't seem to be responsive? All the documentation on the Ecwid side clearly says that the widget responds to browser width? I have tried on both Muse CC and the Prerelease with no luck?

    Also, I watched the video on editing the CSS and that's all great but is it just me or have Ecwid removed the ability to change the font?

    This is my test site http://littleladiesboutique.businesscatalyst.com (without any styling so please don't hate me ;-)

    Thanks in advance.

    Paul, as far I as I know, you have to set your font through the CSS. Take a look at their forum and search for font, I found a bunch of suggestions there.

    Thanks Dj,

    So is the Muse Ecwid widget responsive or not?

    Paul, remember that the widget is only a 'conduit' if you will, to loading the Ecwid design. Now, you can make the widget full width, and it will act somewhat like a responsive design, but in my opinion, it will only condense so far.
    This is more of a Ecwid question.

    @pauldean48,

    As we gear up for our responsive release we shall be looking at all of our widgets. As you have pointed out currently the ECWID widget is not responding to the browser width. What we shall need to do is see whether this is due to the code on the host end (your website), or server side (ECWID code). Once we have established this we can look at making this responsive to fit in with the Muse responsive release.

    As we currently cannot disclose a release date for responsive we are unable to say when exactly this update will come, but rest assured our whole library will be updated in order to work with responsive.

    Thanks for posting!

    I have been successful at adding the ecwid widget to a non - responsive site and it worked. - then i added the same store to a responsive site and it is failing until it gets to the tablet and phone sized breakpoints - can someone help?

    My product pages appear beneath (hidden) by my header in Muse. The top half of the product page (the price etc) is covered by the header and looks unprofessional. I've tried pins, and grouping with objects as well as lowering the widgets. These attempts work on the front page, BUT NOT the product page. Help! Right now it looks like I have to get rid of the site header entirely for the ecwid pages?

    Thanks Alex - that doesn't help the problem. I made sure that there were no responsive settings on the plug in that put on the responsive site .. and currently in preview the only thing that shows up is the ecwid search bar.. and the shopping bag - ??? the products do not show up in preview.

    LS, please place a support ticket on this. They can look at your file, I cannot seem to replicate this behavior.
    Thanks
