    Hi Guys
I hope someone can help me? I want to replace the standard Muse menu buttons (text) with Icons but i cannot not work out how to do this, I know it can be done using Muse Themes Motor Menu Widget but cannot work out where to make the change.

    Thanks in Advance

    Glen!
In my opinion the easiest way to create a menu with icon and text is to do it manually:
    1. Make a rectangle
    2. Fill the rectangle with icon e.g. house (look at the screenshot)

    3. Make a text box and write there Home
    4. Drag the text box inside reactangle
    5. Activate icon rectangle and text box and link them together in Hyperlinks with Home page (look at the screenshot).

Thanks Jeremei I will have a go using this but i wondered if you can customise the buttons so that when I change the page name or I want to add sub pages Muse will still recognise this in the menu?

    Glen!
    Everything is working correctly:
    1. Create all the pages what you need in Muse Planning Mode (Home, About, etc.)
    2. After that you must create manually all menu items (icon box + text box) for each page as I described earlier.
    3. You must link every menu item in Hyperlinks with the right page.
    4. You can edit every menu item as you want in States panel (normal, hovering, etc.)
    :)

    Glen!
Of course you can use also standard Muse menu (look at the screenshot):
    1. Switch on "Show left icon"
    2. Fill the icon box with wanted icon

Glen, just to expand a bit on what Jeremei stated.
Look at my screen shot, when you select the 'Show Left Icon box it places a filled rectangle in the Menu item for you.
That rectangle can be filled with anything you want (Icons ect).
I find that using the layers panel can help select that little rectangle if double clicking to select it becomes a bit tedious.
Once it's selected, you can fill it and enlarge it as in my second screen shot.
Using the menu in this fashion allows your pages to update dynamically as you add them in Muse (but you always have to add the icon).
Hope this helps, and thanks Jeremei.
